Service Description

Barre Is the best full body workout designed for people of all levels of fitness. Our clients range from athlete’s to individuals trying to achieve a personal best, to people recovering from injuries and/or in the process of rebuilding their confidence as well as those overcoming illness or entering a new phase of their life. The class itself is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Our classes incorporate a ballet barre (or chair) and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. The real difference between our online barre session and other workouts are the isometric movements you perform - holding your body still while you contract specific muscles, until you shake.
